PRINT FILE GUIDE

Batch resize Etsy printables

Prepare multiple artworks for digital delivery while keeping control of every crop.

Try with your artwork

A small batch, from source to ZIP

  1. Add 3 to 5 JPG or PNG files. Use originals you have permission to process. The built-in demo artwork lets you try the workflow first.
  2. Choose orientation and a size limit. The maximum long edge can be 3000, 4500 or 6000 pixels. A smaller source is never enlarged.
  3. Review all five crops. Move each crop horizontally or vertically to keep important details visible. Approve an artwork only after checking every ratio.
  4. Prepare the batch. Download the ZIPs associated with each artwork. They contain named JPEGs, buyer instructions and a manifest of actual output dimensions.
  5. Extract and inspect. Check the output before listing it. Cropping a composition is different from redesigning it for another frame shape.

When to keep using a design editor

If a new ratio cuts off text or needs elements moved independently, rearrange the source in your editor. PrintPack moves the crop window; it does not reflow a design or add a border.

What determines print size?

The pixels remaining after cropping determine useful output size. For example, a 2400 × 3000 pixel image supports 8 × 10 inches at 300 pixels per inch. A 300 PPI metadata tag alone does not add detail.
